FABRICATION ABILITIES:

• Shear plate up to 3/8” thickness by 10’ wide
• Break plate up to 3/8” thickness by 12’ wide or ½” thickness by 10’ wide
• Roll plate up to 7/8” thickness by 10’ wide
• Plate beveling
• Angle rolls with capabilities to roll up to 3½” x 3½” x 3/8” angle and 4” x ¾ flat bar
• Punch up to 1½” holes in 1” plate
• CNC plasma with ability to burn any plate up to 12’ x 50’ (any thickness)
• Three horizontal band saws for sawing bundled material
• Sand blasting
• Painting
• Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Iconel, Chrome molly, and Nickel alloys
• Welding with SAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW

TESTING:     

• Hydro up to 1,000 psi
• Pneumatic up to 175 psi
• PT in house
• UT, RT, and MT is outsourced
